The Apartment

Indoors

The apartment sleeps up to four and has been recently refurnished to a high standard and has air conditioning in the living room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge area opens into the terrace. For winter stays the apartment has heaters and a log burner. Flat screen TV with your favourite channels including Spanish and English channels, including BBC and ITV. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and board games are also available.

All linen, towels and beach towels are provided and the property is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

The property has two bedrooms: one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds that can be joined to make a superking. The lounge and dining table has seating for four. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Air conditioning or heating will carry a surcharge.

Outdoors

There are two terraces that provide wonderful views of the valley. The large terrace is spacious and is accessed from the living/ dining room, and here you can sit overlooking gardens and views of Aldea. A table and four chairs are located on this terrace ideal for morning sun and alfresco dining. A gas BBQ is available for use.

The shared pools are open all year and one has a lovely shallow area for children whilst the other is on an elevated section and is perfect for some serious swimming. there are very attractive gardens all around the apartments, and communal BBQ areas for all to use.

There is no allocated parking however there is plenty of space for parking at the rear entrance of the apartment. The apartment is on the upper level with one apartment below and one adjacent. Therefore access is not suitable for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility.
